تقدیر و تشکر مجمع توسعه سیستان از گری لوئیس

به محضر جناب گری لوئیس  نماینده هماهنگ کننده مقیم سازمان ملل متحده و نماینده مقیم برنامه توسعه ملل متحد جمهوری اسلامی ایران

با سلام

خالق جهان هستی ، انسان را بعنوان اشرف مخلوقات معرفی و او نیز توانست خود را در طول گذشت زمان از دیگرموجودات هستی متمایز نماید

راز اجتماعی زیستن و تحولات روابط متقابل و احترام و اعتقاد به یکدیگر و مراودات و تبادل اندیشه را در طول زمان تجربه کرد . مردم این دیار کهن (سیستان) در ادامه همان روند، هویت خود را در قالب تحولات روابط متقابل ازهامون برگرفت . این چنین است که هامون خود را شناسه تاریخ پنج هزارساله این قوم می داند .

چگونه می شود حماسه ها و رشادتها ، سخاوتها و اندیشه هائی که بصورت قصه ، حکایت و داستانهای  سینه به سینه نقل شده که با خون و جان مردم خود در سرشته و فرهنگ و آیین و رسومات مردم شده را از یاد ببریم

چگونه می شود مرکز تمدن درخشانی را که از دهانه غلامان تا آتشکده کرکویه در کناره های  هامون  شکل گرفته است، را از یاد برد  .

 چگونه جغرافیای شرق ایران و اندیشه های فرهنگ و تمدن فلات ایران و روابط فرهنگی ، اجتماعی ، اقتصادی موجود بین فرهنگ های شبه قاره هند و آسیای مرکزی و خلیج فارس و میان رودان را با آن همه اهمیت از یاد برد .

آری تمدنی درخشان که تنها ( رابط ) بین شرق و غرب جهان باستان خوانده می شد شهر سوخته را می گویم که در حقیقت یکی از محورهای مهم تمدن جهان باستان است .

آری بی دلیل نیست مقاومت و پایداری و سماجت مردم برای ماندن در حاشیه هامون خشکیده و تالاب های هامون تف دیده با همه مشکلات و سختی ها ،

نماینده سازمان ملل متحد آقای گری لوئیس با حضور در میان مردم به خوبی دریافت و احساس کرد که مرگ تالاب هامون یعنی مرگ و نابودی یک تاریخ و یک قوم کهن

Greetings;

God, the Creator of the universe, introduced human As Bestcreatures. And he did during time, distinct himself from the other life.

Man experiencesecrets of "social life" and "reciprocity" and respect and believe in each other and "connections and exchange ideas," in the overtime.

Continuing the trend, the people of this ancient land (Sistan), took their identity in terms of these interaction from Hamoon.

So that the Hamoon is identification of the history of five thousand years of this nation

How can we forget the epic and heroism?

How can we forget the generosity and thoughts, that is quoted to form of stories, anecdotes and "oral narrative", and has been texturewith the blood and lives of people,  and is culture, religion and customs of this people.

How can we forget the brilliant civilization that from the "Dahaneh Gholaman" to "Karkow Altar" Signs of the times people who have lived and civilization have made from Hamoon to Hirmand deltas.

How can we forget, "Geography of East Iran" and "Iranian plateau ideas culture 'and cultural relations, social, economic, between cultures" Indian subcontinent "and" Central Asia" and" Persian Gulf "and" Mesopotamia " with the significance of it all.

Yes brilliant civilization that was called only (interface) between East and West of the ancient world

The “Shahr-e-Sookhteh” I say in fact one of the main pillars of civilization in the ancient world.

Yes why not;

Resistance and stability and urged people to stay on the sideline of wetlands have dried up with all difficulties and hardships.

UN representative , Mr. Gary Lewis with Presence among the people, well received and felt that "The death of Hamoon wetlands " means death and destruction, " a history " and "an old folk ."

Thanking the distinguished representative of the United Nations

Find a helping hand to the people of the world and international organizations, and respectfully urge them to restore Hamoon wetlands; That is Habitat of a brilliant civilization, And is Identity of a history, and not only is Geography maps, but also about the history and geography of the world, should encourage government friends and brothers in Afghanistan with Iran government to form a joint working group, UN auspices, 

To work, to overcome barriers that cause droughts of Hamoon wetlands and provide restore Hamoon wetlands which leads to life, and trying dwellers on both sides of the wetland and ecology and plant - animal and human life.

Today people of Hamoon wetlands do not feel themselves.

But believe that the United Nations and all lovers of the environment, cultural heritage, the staff and the governments of Iran and Afghanistan will be determined together with the help of God to time of restore Hamoon wetlands.

Again we appreciated from Dear Mr. Gary Lewis, Representative of the UN, for all effort.
